Peace of Mind with Isuzu Priority

-media-19378-Isuzu_PrioritySA_wMSFSAP_RedBGIsuzu Australia Limited (IAL) has taken its aftersales offerings to the next level with the release of the new ‘Isuzu Priority’ service agreements.

Launched earlier in the year at the Brisbane Truck Show, the program represents a new stress-free method of servicing. For a single monthly payment, customers’ can have their truck service and maintenance needs taken care of according to the level of service agreement selected.

This means expenses are evened out with no costly surprises at servicing time, while ensuring reduced downtime, over the long term, with the vehicle optimally maintained.

Furthermore, all servicing and maintenance work is undertaken by authorised Isuzu technicians using genuine Isuzu parts, providing peace-of-mind from the outset.

In addition, the improved resale value from conformance to manufacturer servicing and specified parts comes as a welcome bonus to customers.

Unlike traditional service agreements, Isuzu Priority is easy to understand, offering three simple levels of service, all backed by the extensive service area coverage of the Isuzu Truck Dealer network:

  • Isuzu Priority ‘One’
  • Isuzu Priority ‘Total’
  • Isuzu Priority ‘Heritage’

Isuzu Priority ‘One’ offers scheduled servicing cover,  including all the essentials, such as filter and lubricant replacement, valve adjustments and clearances, as well as belts, hoses and more.

Meanwhile, Isuzu Priority ‘Total’ ensures you get all of the benefits of ‘Priority One’, with additional coverage which includes in-house diagnostics and complete authorised servicing for all engine components, transmission, brakes, suspension and all electrical componentry. Isuzu Priority Total customers also have cover for the replacement of major components that are subject to wear at tear, such as clutches, brakes and suspension parts, and repairs to final drive components.

Finally, there’s Isuzu Priority ‘Heritage,’ which caters for Isuzu owners with older trucks – from years 2000 to 2011 – deployed on the road ‘over the long haul’. Isuzu Priority Heritage cover makes use of Isuzu Best Value Parts (BVP) range, and covers lubricants, valve adjustments, all labour and more.

Isuzu’s ‘Priority One’ and ‘Priority Total’ packages work in harmony with the Isuzu Extended Care offer, which provides a two-year extension to Isuzu’s standard three-year factory warranty. On top of this five-year warranty customers will also receive five years of Isuzu’s 24/7 Isuzu Roadside Assist.

‘Isuzu Extended Care’ is only available upon purchase of a new Isuzu truck, but for such an all-encompassing package it’s worth looking at the upgrade for that extra reassurance.
